Let’s all share our favorite memories of the Honey Run Covered Bridge so present and future generations will know about the incredible history of this bridge and the important role it has played in so many people’s lives. Usher in the new bridge’s era with grace by remembering our beloved original bridge’s past and embracing its future!

Contest runs October 1, 2025-November 8, 2025. Please submit your entries by November 8 at 11:59 p.m.

In addition to the postcards being displayed in a local exhibition, there will be prizes for:

We invite our Butte County community to share your stories of the original Honey Run Covered Bridge in this unique contest. After the contest ends, all entries will be copied and enclosed in a time capsule at the bridge to be opened in 100 years. Make your memories of the past a part of the future of the new Honey Run Covered Bridge!​​​
